The efforts made by the Nigerian Delegation led by Vice President Kashim Shettima, to meet with the President of the United States of America, USA, Donald J. Trump, at the ongoing United Nations General Assembly, UNGA, holding in New York, have so far failed, as Nigeria is conspicuously missing from President Trump’s official agenda for today.
This was revealed by a close Republican Ally of President Trump, Senior Government Advisor and Consultant, based in Washington DC, Dr. Karl Von Batten.
In a tweet on Tuesday morning, the Advisor stated that despite spending $9 million on lobbying, the Nigerian Presidency has failed to secure a meeting with President Trump, while in the USA.
He said exactly: “President @realDonaldTrump’s agenda for tomorrow was just announced. It is a shame that, after spending $9 million, Nigerian President Bola Tinubu (@OfficialABAT) and the Nigerian Presidency got their asses kicked by Dr. Von Batten.
“We recommend that the Nigerian Vice President (@officialSKSM) pay an extra $9 million and try to sneak in for a selfie. Nigerian President Bola #Tinubu, the man who is alleged to have been instrumental in smuggling heroin (poison) into our country, has no right to be in the same room or city as the President of the United States.”
Dr. Batten went on to post President Trump’s schedule for Tuesday, in New York, as proof that Nigeria is not included:
“9:55 AM: President Trump delivers remarks to the United Nations General Assembly
“10:40 AM: President Trump participates in a trilateral signing with the Prime Ministers of Denmark and Greenland
“11:45 AM: President Trump holds a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain
