GOVERNOR A.A SULE URGES CORPS MEMBERS TO MAKE IMPACT IN NASARAWA STATE

                Nasarawa state Governor Engr A.A Sule has called on corps members to make indelible marks in the state in the areas of health care, educational advancement, infrastructural development among others as they commence their one year National service to their fatherland.

                Making this policy remark in keffi during the swearing in of the 2019 batch ā€œCā€ stream II corps members deployed to Nasarawa state held at the MAGAJI DAN YAMUSA NYSC permanent orientation camp keffi, reminded the corps members that the National Youth service corps, was established after the Civil war in 1973, to play the key role of National development, unity and integration.

                Governor A.A Sule ably represented by the commissioner ministry of youth and sports development Hon. Othman Bala Adamu called them Young compatriots, imploring them to be strictly guided by the oath of allegiance they took, urging them to thoroughly read the wordings of this oath and ensure that they abide by its tenets.

                The Governor tasked them not to be found wanting within the orientation period, such that their life should exemplify discipline, patriotism, loyalty and hard work in the orientation camp and throughout their service year.

                He reminded them that they are representatives of the various states, local governments and their families where they come from.

                Governor A.A Sule called on the corps members to shun prejudice and negative impression about Nasarawa people.
